Copy/Pasta to use a cheap microscope

Santa brought us a cheap microscope. It is over-the-top with its integrated wifi hotspot. But this also makes it too painful to use. Fortunately, modern browsers can use it directly with ye good ol' USB cable, and some moderately updated copy/paste of a javascript demo.
