This is my new home. Not much here, except…

• a link to MapOSMatic, a tool to generate indexed PDF maps from OpenStreetMap. This was the result of a 2009 Hackathon with a few friends.

• a link to SOS, a series of articles about the creation of a simple OS kernel that Thomas Petazzoni and yours truly wrote for Linux Magazine France… in French. Each article presents an important OS Kernel feature (eg. MMU management, context switch/scheduling, VFS, etc.), explains how it works and proposes the working implementation for “SOS”. That dates back to around 2005, but most of it should still be relevant.

• 2 articles in French published in a special issue of Linux Magazine France dedicated to the Linux kernel internals, again authored by Thomas Petazzoni and yours truly (HS16, September 2003).
